When one was quickly labeled at an annual doctor visit as needing speech therapy, she expertly ruled out hearing problems and an inability to process sounds. He begins speaking shortly after we followed her ideas and suggestions. She gave us great insight on how to calm the older grandson when he was acting out in preschool. Nancy is a great listener and offers simple solutions. I'm glad she will be available to more people caring for children because she is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with.”
